Ryan Adams & The Cardinals – Cardinology
Although this album was no “Easy Tiger”, I have yet to find a Ryan Adams album I don’t like. His alt-country sound continues to be refined with every record he puts out. It almost makes me want to put on a pair of snakeskin boots.
Must Hear: “Go Easy”, “Evergreen”
Santogold – Santogold
I loved this album from the second I got it. Santogold’s voice and style sound like an American version of M.I.A. throughout the record. Definitely in my top 5 for the year…
Must Hear: “L.E.S. Artistes”, “Lights Out”
