Edwards endorses Obama
I have a lot of respect for John Edwards. I thought he was great in 2004 and just as great in 2008 but got overshadowed by two giants of the democratic party. He has always seemed sincere and dedicated to helping America. I realize he was under tremendous pressure to endorse one of the candidates when he dropped out months ago, but he stood his ground. I think his decision to examine both candidates more closely and candidly as the campaigns have battled is what led him to Obama. He sees in him the same qualities we all see: honesty, passion, and a fierce resolve.
