A conversation with my conservative mother
I was awoken this morning to a phone call from my mom who is traveling to a wedding in Mexico.  The wedding is for the daughter of my mom and dad’s best friends when we lived in Independence, IA.  This is of course exciting since I grew up with her and was very close with her older brother.  The more important news to my mother though was that their son was bringing his “friend”...
